Holland Residents Directory is privately operated. It describes and links to public record indexes, rolls, and historical collections connected with Holland, Michigan and Ottawa County. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with any records custodian, court, agency, or library.
2. Acceptable Use
Use the reference only for lawful purposes. You may not use information found here or through an external link to:
- Stalk, threaten, harass, intimidate, or harm another person.
- Locate a person protected by a restraining or protective order.
- Commit fraud, identity theft, or another unlawful act.
- Make an FCRA-regulated decision about credit, employment, housing, insurance, or a similar purpose.
- Scrape, copy, or republish the reference at scale.
- Interfere with its operation, access controls, or security.
3. No Consumer Reporting Agency
Holland Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Nothing here or returned by a linked service is a consumer report, and it may not be used for a decision the FCRA regulates.
4. Third-Party Destinations

The original text, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. Linking to a page and quoting a brief attributed excerpt is permitted. Republishing entire pages or systematically copying the content is not.

10. Restricting Access
Access may be blocked or limited, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or abuses the reference.
11. Michigan Law
Michigan law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-record access described here is subject to the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, 1976 PA 442, MCL 15.231 et seq., and to the separate statutes and custodian rules governing particular records.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
